I’m not sure about Italian Flag etiquette. I don’t know if it’s a tradition to blow your nose on the flag when celebrating a World Cup victory. Perhaps it is, I dunno.

    So many rude and nasty things that could be said.
    I wonder if any American senators or members of congress watched that. We could see an amendment to the bill they are trying to pass on flag burning to include flag blowing and, potentially, wiping.
